On Sunday, April 20th, the server ran into some issues and I had to take it offline. Some how the ext3 journal on the /home partition became corrupted. After a day or so of troubleshooting, numerous e2fsck scans, I was finally able to clear the issue. While I had the server down, I increased the swap to 4GB, and the /tmp to 4GB as well. This took awhile to do as well, using gParted. I also took out the removable Kingwin drivebays as they were acting flakey, and replaced a flakey Antec psu. I replaced one 120mm fan that was going bad, and removed a CPU fan duct that was not needed. Server was back online Tuesday afternoon. Still tracking down some memory exhaustion issues.
