I messed around with the logo tonight. I finally found two places I had to change to allow me to set whatever size logo I wanted. Once place was the CSS for the template I used. I didn't know where it was until I messed around with the Firefox addon Firebug . It pointed me exactly where I needed to be in the CSS file. Made the change there, and then it told me where the logo.gif file was called from in the index.php, so I made the change there.

I used the site cooltext.com to generate the new logo. Looks like crap but it's a work in progress.
